All products sold by ADCbit are fully tested, and covered with an industry standard warranty.

Telecom or enterprise class equipment we sell is designed to work 24/7 for many years without a failure until it will be replaced by newer technology, therefore it is most likely you will never need to use our warranty.

Shall you ever need our warranty then all hardware products sold by ADCbit are covered with industry standard ‘Advance Replacement Warranty’.

‘Advance Replacement’ means that for any equipment, which requires to be replaced on warranty, there is no immediate return required since ADCbit ships replacement hardware first.

Warranty period for End Users: 1 Year or Limited Lifetime Warranty, depending on the equipment purchased and conditions of the individual contract.

Return process:

For any case requiring technical support or replacement of equipment please contact our technical team or your sales representative directly. You can also send us request through our RMA form.

Once we confirm a replacement is authorised we will provide you RMA number ( Returned Materials Authorisation number) and return instructions. To ensure smooth process replacement hardware will be shipped after being 100% tested.

Please note:

Software, licenses, support contracts and configuration products are excluded from cancelations, exchange and return.

Warranty period for professional dealers of networking equipment is 90 days.
